I am pleased to announce that the lead plaintiff, Mr. Charles Kerchner, in the 'Kerchner et al v Obama & Congress et al' case, and I will be on the Patriot's Heart Broadcasting Network, The Chalice Show, talk radio show Sunday evening, 26 April 2009, from 9:00 to 11:00 p.m. EDT.
