Having listened to the show, you answered the questions pertaining to the Federal Court, next actions and avenues if denied.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I am somewhat lost as to the issue as it applies to the Grand Jury questions. I am fully aware that this does not apply to the NBC case. But I am curious due to my legal ignorance of the path this must take.
Does this Grand Jury issue go through the DOJ?
Is this filed with a State, or Federal?
Must Eric Holder “Approve” of such investigation?
Can this be denied? If so, by what authority or by whom?
What would the barriers be from such filing?
I know that this is aside from the NBC case present and is irreverent, I am simply curious.
