Breaking News - Picture of Obama's Alleged Kenyan Birth Certificate Placed on the Internet

Breaking News - Picture of Obama's Alleged Kenyan Birth Certificate Placed on the Internet by Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq.

For over a year now, we have a picture of a paper document provided only on the internet by Obama saying he was born in Hawaii. And now we have a picture of a paper document on the internet allegedly provided from Kenya saying he was born in Kenya.

We have statements from people in Kenya, Obama's paternal grandmother saying he was born in Kenya and she held him in the hospital the day he was born in Mombasa, Kenya. And we have the Kenyan Ambassador to the U.S. acknowledging that it is common knowledge in Kenya since 2004 that Obama was born in Kenya.

On the other side we have no contemporaneous witnesses coming forth to verify that they were present and/or have first hand knowledge that Obama was born in Hawaii. The Hawaiian official say there is a "vital record" in their files saying his birth was "recorded" in Hawaii. Their statements are only as good as the veracity of those proffered vital records back in 1961 or whenever they were provided to the state of Hawaii. But with the extremely lax birth registration laws in Hawaii in 1961, Obama could very well have been "born in Kenya" and "had his birth registered in Hawaii" by the grandmother or mother using the simple mail-in birth registration form, with no 3rd party witnesses needed, which was permitted under the rules and regs in 1961. See attached report for more about how easy it was to falsely register a birth in Hawaii in 1961.

Two pictures on the internet. Which one is real? Or are both real docs but the underlying facts in Hawaii were based on false statements by the grandmother or mother in 1961 to obtained U.S. citizenship for her new born son, born in Kenya. We need a forensic investigation both in Hawaii and Kenya to determine the truth.

Here are the links to the pictures of the documents and the CIA Officer commissioned investigators report as to how easy it would be to falsely register back in 1961 that a child was born in Hawaii when the child was not born there and could have been born anywhere.

Hawaii official now will NOT say if Obama's online COLB doc image is genuine after duplicitous and carefully parsed prior pronouncements by other officials

We should have a decision date in our case this week, hopefully tomorrow. Things are going to get very interesting on this matter in August, imo. The Congress needs to convene an emergency session to do a full scale investigation of this matter in both the Senate and the House with full subpoena powers by both political parties and launch a full forensic investigation of all records in Hawaii and Kenya and in Great Britain, where duplicate copies of birth in the British Colonies were kept in 1961. They should take testimony before Congress of Obama himself under oath on this matter or get a sworn deposition done of him in the White House under oath, on this matter. Obama needs to speak personally on this and under oath. They should have done this in the Spring of 2008 when they investigated McCain. But for the sake of the country, the world, and our Constitution, they need to do it now ... and as they say, let the chips fall where they may!

  1. Charles and Mario,

This is what I'm talking about! At the very least, this will bring all sorts of questions and MORE doubts. It can ONLY be bad for Barry. I can't imagine that even the most ardent Democratic or otherwise emotional supporters will be won't be calling for the release of the original document.

Could it really be vindication time? I personally have no reason to believe that Taitz has a real document here, but who knows ...

One thing is certain --- it was given to the court for authentication, so it's a really lame play OR it's legit.

    Could the "birthers" be vindicated?

    Amazing story.

  2. Funny. Is there anything one can say to debunk this document that hasn't already been said about its Hawaiian counterpart? Haven't "birthers" been roundly crticized and worse for saying such things?

Neither is an actual long-form birth certificate, but the Kenyan version seems to be older and features the virtue of names and a signature.

Dorothy's scarecrow now points both ways. Where does that put us, Toto?

HINT: I wouldn't stand in front of the fan just now. Something nasty is about to hit it. Nice job, Dr. Taitz!

  4. Hi Mr. Kerchner,

I was just getting ready to e-mail you with the news. I'm glad you have already posted the information.

I pray this helps Mario with the court decision due this week.

The judge must know that this Kenya birth certificate is awaiting authentication by authorities and rule in our favor to allow additional discovery.

Thanks again for your and Mario's hard work.

Thank god for both of you!

  5. The Kenyan BC surely looks lots more "real" than the forged COLB we all know and love from DailyKos, etc.

Like Bill Ayers told Obama (or should have) "... beware the ides of August ...".

We do, indeed "live in interesting times". Sun Tzu must be laughing his ass off ...

They don't give a good gosh darn 'bout the country. Not a whit. I went for a mild troll, on a libturd blog yesterdee. And they all to a person, have been reduced to single word vocabularies. Racist.

    Dark times in America. Truly.

I quite seriously doubt Obeyme will man-up/step up to the plate. He is constitutionally (no bad pun intended) incapable.

But I would like to see just one, one freakin' faux journalist, strap on a pair. And ask.

  7. Bill Clinton: “It depends on what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is. If the–if he–if ‘is’ means is and never has been, that is not–that is one thing. If it means there is none, that was a completely true statement….Now, if someone had asked me on that day, are you having any kind of sexual relations with Ms. Lewinsky, that is, asked me a question in the present tense, I would have said no. And it would have been completely true.”

Richard Nixon: “…in all of my years in public life I have never obstructed justice. People have got to know whether or not their president is a crook. Well, I’m not a crook.”

Sun Yat-Soetoro: “Fukino said I was born in Hawaii and that I am a natural-born American citizen. Besides, Nancy Peolosi certified that I was legally eligible to the office of President…”

  8. Time for an orchestrated crisis so Obahmadinejihad can declare Martial law… Or, perhaps its time for the government run media to announce that “Joshua Simon ODUYA, Deputy Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages for the Coast Province of Kenya” was a racist…

  9. At Daily Kos, you can already see some of the lines of attack by the Obots being formed in response to this news:

    1. Ignore it.
    2. Say it's a forgery, claiming that Kenya didn't call itself the Republic of Kenya until December 1964 even though it became independent on December 12, 1963.
    3. Call for Taitz' disbarment
    4. Call birthers racist, religious nuts and right wing kooks

    ReplyDelete
  10. One angle of attack that you have got to stick with is the obfuscation of the elected officials that keep claiming the 'bama is a citizen. Any immigrant can live in the united states and later take the oath to become a citizen. A man can immigrate from Turkey for exmple and later apply for citizenship, take the oath and become a citizen. If he was born in Turkey he is a citizen of the United States at this point but he is NOT eligible to run for president. The elected officials continue saying that 'bama is a citizen. This matter has got to be cleared up if it takes a hundred years.

  11. Stop the presses! Momma E must be scrambling to get you guys in here to talk about the news. Wow.

Phil over at rightsideoflife has some interesting analyses and addenda that talk about the information on the BC.

I think Farah over at WND has a lot of information as well. He's got a sh*t eating grin on his face at this time. Who'd a thunk that WND would be the only media source really doing their job?

The dropping of the info preceding the recess for Congress which also happens to be near Obama's birthday HAS to be on purpose.

What will Dobbs et al say this week? This should be lots of fun.

  12. Would it be possible (and if so, advantageous) under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for you to make a new emergency filing before the judge rules tomorrow, pointing out this new discovery?

    ReplyDelete
  13. Any such filing would only delay the decision process on standing and we do not wish to do anything to delay that decision. We must get past the issue of standing before any of the merits can be considered by the court. Unfortunately for common sense at times like this, that is the rules of the court, and we are best to not making any emergency filings at this time. This new evidence does not go to standing but does of course enter strongly into the case when we get to the documents and merits in the case.

True words, those! Though analysis of the Kenyan certificate by a forensic document examiner would be useful, particularly if the ink were proven to be decades old versus a more recent copy of the document, it is entirely possible that one of the documents is valid but not legitimate. What I mean, is that the document itself is valid based on the piece of paper, but that it is based on inaccurate of falsified information. People don't like to believe it, but sometimes documents & licenses are sold "under the table" and customized. It would seem that this kind of arrangement would be easier for the well-connected, but being well-connected isn't always a pre-requisite. Remember the Florida driver's licenses that were sold to illegal aliens?

    http://www.judicialwatch.org/blog/2009/may/driver-s-licenses-sold-illegal-aliens

    http://ohmygov.com/blogs/general_news/archive/2009/06/01/dmv-issues-driver-s-licenses-to-illegal-immigrants.aspx

A person with good political connections & friends in high places would find it easier to acquire a valid certificate that could be falsified. This is why the vault copy of the long form of Mr. Obama's birth certificate is of such great interest and why it really raises questions about his reluctance to release that or any other records that would substantiate his claim of US citizenship.

Other people in the US are routinely required to provide the long form of their own birth certificates for matters of far less significance than occupying the office of the US presidency. Why should the person assuming that office be exempt?

    ReplyDelete
  15. Regarding the issue of standing, I wouldn't be surprised if Charles received an Executive Order from the Usurper in Chief stating that Charles will never be called up for duty, similar to Major Cook's orders to Afghanistan being rescinded at the last moment...

    ReplyDelete
  16. The “CERTIFIED COPY OF REGISTRATION OF BIRTH” is a “CERTIFIED COPY” of the “REGISTRATION OF BIRTH”, which was signed by “Joshua Simon ODUYA, Deputy Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages for the Coast Province of Kenya”.

Xerox launched the world’s first plain paper copier, the Xerox 914, in 1958. I doubt Joshua Simon ODUYA had a plain paper copier in his office in 1964. http://www.xerox.com/go/xrx/template/inv_rel_newsroom.jsp?Xcntry=USA&Xlang=en_US&app=Newsroom&ed_name=NR_2008Oct21_70th_Anniversary_of_Xerography&format=article&view=newsrelease

Thus, the “CERTIFIED COPY OF REGISTRATION OF BIRTH” includes the type-written name of the “Signature of Registrar”. The actual signature of the “Signature of Registrar” would be on the ORIGINAL “REGISTRATION OF BIRTH”, not the “CERTIFIED COPY”, as it is a “COPY”.

The signature of “Joshua Simon ODUYA, Deputy Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages for the Coast Province of Kenya” on the “CERTIFIED COPY OF REGISTRATION OF BIRTH” attests to the existence of an ORIGINAL “REGISTRATION OF BIRTH”, which includes the ORIGINAL “Signature of Registrar”, E. F. LAVENDER, as well as the ORIGINAL “Signature” of “B.H. Obama, Father…”

  17. Check out this analysis: http://lamecherry.blogspot.com/2009/08/what-i-can-tell-you-about-kenyan-obama.html

The author concludes that this document comes from when Obama's mother and father were divorced in 1964, at which point the Kenyan Constitution would have been in effect. The Kenyan Constitution at http://kenya.rcbowen.com/constitution/ refers to the government as a "republic," the same term used in the birth document.

    ReplyDelete
  18. As commented on elsewhere and above, the time seems to line up with the divorce, and the chances of the Judge wanting to see the bc of the child (possible child support etc.). WND is reporting that other bc's from kenya follow same form.

  19. On this new birth document, some critics are saying that it is a hoax because E.F. Lavender (a name appearing on the document) is a detergent product. However, here’s something interesting: http://ndpbeta.nla.gov.au/ndp/del/article/1536351/387756?zoomLevel=3

An old Australian newspaper (The Argus) from July 13, 1915. Zoom in on “Law Clerks’ Offer.” It talks about a man named E.F. Lavender. I’m not saying it’s the same man — after all, 1915 to 1961 is a 46 year gap — though theoretically it COULD be the same man. But anyway, the point is that Australia also has ties to England as did Kenya. The British monarch is still the Australian chief of state even today. So if there was a man in Australia named E.F. Lavender, who says there couldn’t be one in Kenya?

  22. Hi all,

After 1 1/2 hours on wait I got on the Bill Cunningham Show out of Ohio. I was on from about 12:45 p.m. to 12:55 p.m. I tried to get as much in as possible and I get get a chance to get the website mentioned on the air. I tried to open his mind that the birth registration records existing in Hawaii do not necessarily mean that Obama was born there. I told him that the birth registration could have been falsely filed by the grandmother or the mother and that registration is what generated the newspaper announcements. He seemed to grasp that point as he always on his show said the newspaper announcements are what convinced him Obama was born in Hawaii. I told him that if the registration was falsified then the announcement were generated to the newspapers falsely from that process. I think he finally got it. Hopefully it will be available in podcast in a few days. And he mentioned the WND.com showing online the Kenyan Birth Certificate several times. I think we are at a tipping point in educating Americans of the deception that Obama has pulled off. If Bill Cunningham gets on board, he is good friends with Hannity and he may get Hannity on board to look at the probability of a falsely file birth registration being done in Hawaii by Obama's grandmother or mother and that Obama was really born in Kenya. I also covered the natural born citizen issue as the 2nd component to this eligiblity issue but I did not have time to get into detail on that. He wanted answers to explain the newspaper announcements in the Hawaiian papers and I gave him that.

This makes the whole piece more inviting and accessible to the average reader while providing a tantalizing amount of nitty-gritty for those who need immediate substantiation to find your position credible.

Those who are interested in details will seek them out. Nice job, gentlemen!

    See http://chillicothe.newspaperarchive.com/PdfViewer.aspx?img=114412159&src=browse

Look under the caption "HAROLD W. YOUNG IS A COLLEGE CLUB OFFICER." It says, "The last two men, Mr. Okatcha and Mr. Olindo, are natives of the East African Republic of Kenya."

Though it's a U.S. paper, it shows Kenya being referred to as a 'republic' all the way back in 1961, even before Obama's August birth.
