I am fully aware that this does not apply to the NBC case. But I am curious due to my legal ignorance of the path this must take. <br /><br />Does this Grand Jury issue go through the DOJ? <br />Is this filed with a State, or Federal?<br />Must Eric Holder “Approve” of such investigation? <br />Can this be denied?
